Harvey has nearly 40 years health insurance experience. He is a licensed Health Consultant, Health, Life and Annuity, and Property and Casualty agent by the Commonwealth of Virginia, Bureau of Insurance.


He holds designations as Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® and Lay Health Promoter (LHP). Inspired by his own caregiving experience, Harvey is dedicated to advocating for older adults, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities across the lifespan.
